Inner Resource Masterclass
An inner resource is an internal sense of safety that you can call upon when you need to feel a sense of security. In this masterclass we learn how to work with an inner resource and how to use that to help regulate your nervous system. We will learn to develop an inner resource of safety through a deep healing yoga nidra meditation that sets the foundations to call upon your inner resource in your daily life experiences.
Having an inner resource provides you with a way to proceed through feelings of helplessness or hopelessness. An inner resource is a self-resourced, internalised, felt sense in your body that helps you feel relaxed and in control of your experience. An inner resource can be used when you have trouble falling asleep at night or are experiencing physical pain. It’s helpful to use if you feel extreme emotions arising such as anger or fear.
In this masterclass we learn that to discharge our nervous system from activation we need to be in a safe place. In this class through the exploration of our inner resource we learn how to use an inner resource in an embodied yoga nidra meditation and how to take that as a tool in our toolkit to call upon at any time day or night.
