Sacred Rest for women is a lovingly crafted 4 x 2 hour weekly workshop exploring restorative practices for women. Prioritising rest and nourishment is a radical act in our world of production and consumption. Rebel against the conditioning that you have to put yourself last. Enjoy four evenings of deep restorative rest and learn how to support your deep nourishment by working with sacred female restorative yoga to use with the phases of your menstral cycle, life cycle, and the seasons of the year.
Each workshop will explore a different phase of the menstral cycle / season / moon phase and what may best support your self-care to tune into your own needs and honour your body’s rhythm. Utilisng the energy of each phase for deep mind body nourishment. This course will help you awaken a dialogue to respect your rhythm and honour your body whilst deeply nourishing the nervous system for repair. Rachel weaves together her vast knowledge of yoga for women with the deeply healing restorative practices.
