Introduction to iRest Yoga Nidra
Silence and Stillness is so rare in our world of consumption and production. We are so overwhelmed with stimulus, advertisements are everywhere, billboards, back of taxis, bus stops, on computer screens. The fast pace of our lives leaves very little time to be still, to find silence. Scientists have proven silence is healing, yes silence really is golden! I personally have been finding miraculous results with taking a little time each day maybe even just 5 mins to stop, take a restorative pose, turn off music, switch off my phone and just be and I have been feeling so revived and more vital and creative from the simplest of practices.
I am so happy to offer classes, workshops and online offerings for you to find some stillness and silence within. This Tuesday 13th February I will be starting a 8 week iRest yoga nidra course at Kundalini House at 5:15pm. This is the first time it has been offered in the evening. I hope this new time makes it more accessible for you.
